Senior Customer Service Representative - Fashion Field
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and email, resolving customer requests and complaints, and respond in a timely manner via telephone, email, or in writing ;
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint/request; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution ;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication ;
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents ;
- Ensure the placement of orders, recalls, refunds and exchanges ;
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information ;
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information ;
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction ;
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers ;
- Assisted customer troubleshoot specific financial issues and directing them to the most appropriate people within the organization.
- 5/7 years proven customer support experience or as customer service manager in Fashion/ Luxury field;
- Proficient in English, any other languages will be considered a plus;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ;
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices ;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills ;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Strong problem solving and ability to work independently.
