Votre mission

Your Mission:

Across the Tech Operations (TechOps) function which includes the Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Network, and Global Manufacturing function, the head of PMO is responsible for:

- Cascading down Corporate strategy, building out Hoshin Kanri methodology ensuring identified projects align with business goals and that highest priority projects are worked on first
- Manage the TechOps Project Management Office, ensuring that programs and projects are planned, managed, and governed in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner
- Develop, monitor and evaluate performances metrics (SQDEC KPIs) that enable Product Supply to assess its progress towards objectives
- Support the Operational Excellence team in the implementation of lean management

Votre profil

Your Responsibilities:

- Project plans, program milestones, and any interdependencies with other projects in the portfolio
- Drive discussions with Finance to understand, align and report on the financial impact of projects (cost, revenue and savings targets), and budget for resourcing projects
- Continuously review resource capacity requirements for current and future programs
- Ensure the PMO standards, frameworks, procedures, tools and templates are used consistently and effectively in all programs. Develop further tools and templates as required
- Drive all levels of status reporting with Program Leads
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
- Lead all PMO related meetings, document minutes and follow up actions
- Create PMO related presentations
- Support and bring standardization to program metrics, reporting and key communication activities related to the PMO
- Cascade down Ferring strategy, business plan and yearly Group objectives throughout the entire PS organization, up to the individual objectives (Hoshin Kanri methodology)
- Create PS master list of Must Do's (Hoshin Level 1), maintain it (Quarterly reviews organized with the PS Leadership team) and ensure constant alignment with Hoshin level 2 (sites and functions)
- Manage the Project Office in Product Supply to enable professional project management, increase transparency in the project portfolio, facilitate and develop governance processes and drive continuous improvement of project management tools and standards with the goal of increasing efficiency and maturity of the project organisation
- Develop and maintain a single project database/system/source of truth for all PS level 1 projects ; Update and maintain the status of projects in the project database and establish key measures of success for projects by implementing tracking plans ; use that database to to proactively look ahead (financial and resource forecasting, risk management, annual budgeting, Business Planning process)
- Monitor of all programs against establish success criteria and give advice to PS leadership team on status, issues and risks. Reporting on project variances. Reporting on Project performance metrics. Organize and run monthly PRB (Project Review Board) chaired by the Chief Production Officer
- Develop, monitor and evaluate performance metrics (SQDEC KPIs) that enable the PS community to assess its progress towards meeting those objectives.
- Develop and report the overall Product Supply Balanced score card
- Utilize performance management, problem solving, and lean / six sigma tools as well as training, coaching, and influence skills to manage the analysis of performance statistics and ensure strategy to drive metric improvement on an annual basis

Compétences requises

Required Experience & Competences:

- At least 10 years experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Chemistry or Industrial field
- PM certification and 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience
- Master's degree in a life science discipline, business administration or engineering Lean Six Sigma background
- Experienced with strategy deployment and business planning
- 3-5 years international project experience
- Excellent capabilities in the field of organizational change & communication
oStrong technical skills and excellent project management knowledge
o Proficient in Microsoft office
o Experienced Lean Management
o Fluency in English; French and any other additional language a plus
o Excellent communication skills
o Cross-cultural experience, having worked in several different countries/environment
