For a client based in Morges' area, we are looking for a
You will be assigned to a new project that create clarity about roles and responsibilities of each employee
-Ensure standard reports are aligned with the business requirements
-Ensure that Country HRs are assigning every employee to the correct job Role
-Review reports before quarterly reviews and ensure data quality:
o Ensure new employees are assigned to the proper job role
o Identify, by discussing with Business, that all employees' moves are identified and new job roles properly assigned
o Identify errors and take appropriate actions
-Create reports that will be needed for Quarterly reviews and not provided from the central finance team.
