In our Headquarter in St-Prex/Lausanne (Switzerland), we are looking for a:
Performance cascade within the manufacturing sites Intern
The purpose of this internship is to precisely define the standards, implementation methodology & schedule with the local site OpEx to deploy a full performance cascade on the manufacturing sites.
The overall objective of the project is, in close collaboration & alignment with the Global OpEx team, to revamp step-up the current performance management practices that are taking place on the sites, in alignment with the newly defined KPIs at the manufacturing network level
This will be carried out in several phases:
- Establish the status of the current situation
- Define the expected standard for performance cascade
- Design the selected improvement levers
- Implement the action plan including (but not limited to):
o SOP review
o Development of new training materials
o Training of the collaborators
o Implementation of new KPIs
o Coaching of the collaborators in using the tools
- Standardize the approach & experience
- Share it with the others sites within the network
A set of both soft & technical skills will be required for this internship.
Good understanding of performance management & the main typical KPIs that are needed to manage an industrial site/team
Ability to structure data in order to get tangible insights out of it
Good understanding of the main elements of a good performance dialog
Industrial engineering, pharmacy or management degree
Ability to perform structured analysis
Good use of excel & powerpoint
Ability to quickly learn new things
Ability to convince stakeholders
Willingness to go on the shopfloor understand issues and to coach collaborators
Ability to communicate in a structured and impactful way
Dealing with ambiguity
High level of autonomy is also required
