Our client is a well-knowned company headquartered in Lausanne. To reinforce its HRBP team, we are recruiting someone experienced who will assume the role of
HR Business Partner
As an HR Busienss Partner you will work closely with the line managers, drive the HR rules and provide support to the assigned departments :
-Support the implementation of people development efforts - ensuring correct use of HR tools and processes, facilitating HR related workshops, training local employees on HR philosophies and processes, delivering ad-hoc training sessions;
-Identify and advise on training needs, collaborate with the Talent Management Team and help on specific recruitments;
-Ensure correct update and maintenance of HR data, respecting internal data processes and procedures;
-Analyse HR data and advise both the line manager and HR team.
Actively influence employees, performance management by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, managing conflicts, implementing selected solutions, coaching managers and employees.
Swiss HR diploma or equivalent through work experience
At least 6 years' experience in a similar role in a multinational fast paced company
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of Swiss employment/labor laws
Good command of both English and French
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
SAP (HR transactions) experience would be an asset
Well organized, good analytical skills, willingness to solve problems and meet deadlines, reliable, good communication skills, proactive.
