Consumer Experience Lead
As Consumer Experience Lead, you will be fully dedicated in supporting the whole Swiss Commercial organization representing the Consumer perspective in each project and supporting decisions with consumer data and insights. Being part of a Project-Based-Organization (PBO), you will be working in cross-functional teams (comms, digital, consumer programs, CRM, legal, market research, amongst others) actively contributing with your consumer knowledge and managing daily tasks leveraging upon your project management skills to reach the organization business objectives.
* University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or relevant area
* English & German required, every other national language a plus
* Track record of 3+ years of experience in relationship management (vendors, markets, etc.), ideally in a customer care or project management discipline
* Outsourcing Governance & vendor management: ability to engage and manage outsource partners, building and managing the relationship to achieve commercial goal sable & optimize quality, capacity, performance and reliability of the vendor
* Project Management: able to deliver comprehensive and effective end to end
* Project Management activities: effectively identifying the key points, dependencies, risks and business impact assessments.
* Communication: ability to engage project stakeholders, ensuring inclusion and effective communication to invest a team in the objective
* Critical thinking: ongoing critical review of conceptual and functional outputs with ability to formulate proposals for revision
* Drive for results, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving skills
* Time management & prioritization, able to plan and delegate effectively in order to assure quality and timely delivery of expected outputs
