Specialist in human resources

This human resources specialist analyses positions, and selects and recruits staff on behalf of management. In charge of staff appraisals, the HR assistant is also a diplomatic person who knows how to identify and resolve conflicts. He or she is handles stress well, and knows how to set the right priorities. His or her perfect understanding of administrative protocols makes this specialist a reference when it comes to work contracts, resignations, redundancies, work certificates, wage systems and the break-down of their parts (social security contributions and tax payments).

The work environment ranges from private companies to public administration or recruitment agencies. Depending on the size of the company, the HR assistant works alone or in a team.
