Training Specialist - Quality - Engineering

Your assignment

-Ensure competences and training management process and LMS governance through development of necessary QMS documentation (SOP/WKIs) and trainings;
-Guide, provide expertise and training on the Global Quality LMS tool to super-users (administrators) and users. Initiate improvement of the system to meet the business and users? needs;
-Address users' requests, perform analysis, investigation and provide expertise on solutions in regards to LMS;
-Support an effective collaboration and communication between Global QMS Training department, training communities and users;
-Act as the functions? point-of-contact with regards to the Competence and Training Management process, LMS and respective training programs;
-Ensure that Training Plans (Qualification Matrices) for which in charge are up-to date, reviewed and approved regularly;
-Develop, implement and maintain training programs for internal customers (e.g. create exams, provide train-the-trainer training, user guides, etc.);
-Identify and develop curriculum and assist authors, subject matter experts and process owners to create course contents (training materials, learning modules, etc.) within the Learning Management System;
-Organize and deliver training sessions on LMS and quality system elements using classroom training, hands-on training and other training formats;
-Monitor and evaluate training programs and records to ensure they are current and effective. Provide training system metrics and analysis as needed as part of quality management reviews;
-Coordinating enrollment of new employees to ensure their training needs are identified and assigned.

Your profile

-Bachelors or University degree in Science or Engineering.
-3 years of related experience with electronic learning management systems and managing training programs are required.
-Experience with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors and Veeva is a plus).
-Substantial experience in the life sciences industry (Pharma, Med Device, or other regulated life sciences industry).
-Experience in data management is a plus
-Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
-Good communication and organizational skills.
-Fluency in English both oral and written
-Proficiency in other languages is a plus
