Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Stv. Gruppenleiter/in

Ihr Einsatz

-Personalführung der eigenen Gruppe bei Abwesenheit des Gruppenleiters
-Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebes
-Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierungen
-Durchsetzung der Betriebsordnung sowie Sicherheitsvorgaben
-Mitarbeit in der Produktion

Ihr Profil

-Technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung 
-Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Erfahrung in der Möbelproduktion / Holzverarbeitung von Vorteil 
-Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse 
-Bereitschaft zur 2-Schichtarbeit und Samstagsarbeit
-Eigenes Fahrzeug zwingend oder wohnhaft in Gehdistanz 
-Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. Niveau B2)
-Hervorragende, körperliche Verfassung und zeitliche Flexibilität
-Zuverlässige, teamfähige und motivierte Persönlichkeit
