Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Quality Manager - Operations Quality Assurance

Your assignment

- Review and approve changes (Change Control) within the manufacturing process and the product maintenance
- Review and approve project, product and process documents and other specification and verification documents (work instructions, templates, checklists) relevant to the manufacturing process.
- Checking and approving deviations (nonconformities)
- Responsible for quality-related aspects of design or technical product transfer projects to ensure product quality, compliance and end-to-end documentation
- Improve processes to increase quality and efficiency
- Lead and/or support Quality Management projects or initiatives or our Operations Partners.

Your profile

- Completed technical or scientific degree or completed vocational training with many years of work experience in a technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Management in a GMP regulated company, preferably in the field of medical devices, IVDs 
- At least 2 years of experience with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA Regulation, ...)
- Practical experience in process risk analyses (pFMEAs) and the holistic assessment of measures for product and process changes.
- Practical experience in handling and using problem solving and improvement methods to increase quality and productivity.
- Ability and willingness to make decisions outside of the comfort zone or area of responsibility, to develop solutions and implement them independently.
- Independent, structured, goal-oriented, solution- and quality-oriented way of working.
- Very good and convincing communication skills in German (fluent) and English (min. B2) and ability to bring these into a complex environment to achieve solutions across all stakeholder hierarchies.
