Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Quality Assurance Manager

Your assignment

- You are responsible for the professional execution of your quality assurance tasks based on GMP regulations in the environment of ERP-supported production processes.
- As a team player, you know how to effectively master the following challenges with your integrative thinking and acting in close cooperation and networking with sales, production, the supply chain and within the quality department
- Creating qualification and validation documents: editing, following up and ensuring timely closure of deviations and complaints as well as the associated corrective actions and improvements (CAPAs)
- Developing manufacturing specifications (Master Batch Records) and reviewing packaging protocols (Batch Records Reviews)
- Writing and revising SOPs Actively contributing to the implementation of the quality strategy and the defined corporate objectives
- Preparing and conducting audits (customers, Close cooperation with the QA department within the scope of customer projects and relevant QA issues Direct contact (face to the customer) for assigned customers and processing of all related, quality-relevant topics.

Your profile

- Degree in pharmacy/natural sciences
- Knowledge of GMP/GCP as well
- Several years of professional experience in quality management in a pharmaceutical company
- You are well-versed in the use of MS Office programmes
- familiar with ERP and QM systems.
- The ability to work under pressure and an independent, precise way of working
- Service- and goal-oriented personality  
- Languages: fluent German and English
