Production Operator

As an Operator, you report directly to the Team Leader, you are responsible for operating and monitoring complex organic GMP production processes in MC4a building in Visp. Together with your colleagues, you troubleshoot, perform cleaning and maintenance, work in clean rooms, among other things, and document the production steps. You manage to maintain an overview even in hectic times and appreciate the close contact with the various functions (Biopro-cess Engineers, MSAT engineers, QA, etc.).

Your assignment

- Support the definition of manufacturing processes from the beginning
- Operate production processes and related equipment according to GMP, GDP, and safety guidelines
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance activities
- Monitor and follow-up on production processes and respond to alarms according to operating instructions
- Recognize, interpret, and resolve malfunctions and deviations
- Independently perform on-site analyses
- Document and maintain production records according to GMP and GDP
- Actively participate in Huddle/Hoshin Level 0 meetings

Your profile

Responsibilities:

- Completed basic technical training as a chemical technician, machine mechanic, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated production plant or as a career starter after completing training
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English; German is an advantage
- Strong understanding of GMP principles
- Drive for continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving
- Independent, agile, flexible, accurate, and clean working style
- Willingness to work in a 2-model shift pattern
