Process Engineer - Science, Food Chemistry

Your assignment

Operate complex pilot processes requiring good technical expertise in collaboration with our partners (R&D Product Designers).
Define and optimize operating parameters while coaching a small team of technicians and operators in the execution of the various processes.
Analyze the performances and drive continuous improvement of our processes and equipment.
Propose technical solutions to manufacture new design of prototypes, liaise with external equipment manufacturer to build, install and commission new prototyping equipment
Initiate/execute process and product related experimental plans, gather and analyze data, provide conclusions.
Participate in the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

Your profile

Master of Science preferably in Food Chemistry Engineering with mechanical skills
Ability to work in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
Commitment to deliver precision and accuracy
Achievement-oriented and strive for exceptional results
Ability to communicate in English and French
