Process Engineer - Packaging

IMPROVE: Analyze manufacturing performance process and data, identify root causes of under-performance via Design of Experiments, and propose improvements INNOVATE: Support innovation projects by installing new equipments and qualifying related manufacturing processes in a prototyping environment INDUSTRIALIZE: Support the development of technical solutions and contribute to the delivery of industrial solution aiming at producing packaging materials RATIONALIZE: Develop business justifications, and risk analysis for management reviews and decision making COMPLIANCE: Act as a role model in compliance management by carrying out all the accountabilities in a legal and ethical manner and in line with PMI compliance
- A University Master of Science Degree in Engineering, preferably in Packaging
- Strong organizational capabilities coupled with leadership skills
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in Printing & Converting
- Proven successful experience in process optimization
- Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence colleagues and peers
- English as fluent spoken and written, French as an asset
