Physician Marketing Specialist

Your assignment

Our client Medtronic, an international leader in the medical device industry, is looking for a:
  - Title: Physician Marketing Specialist
- Location: Tolochenaz (possibility to work remotely)
- Contract: until 30.04.2024

Your mission:
  - Responsible within Diabetes business for developing, planning, and implementing Physician Marketing content and activities
- Further enrich existing physician marketing content, material, and tools to sustain our current pump portfolio
- Develop Physician marketing content, material and tools relating to a new product launch, working closely with Product Managers and Patient marketing teams
- Support marketing initiatives implementation within EMEA and other key events where physicians are involved

As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with different teams:
  - EMEA countries for the implementation (and adaptation) of materials, marketing tools and on the development and implementation of new marketing campaigns. Keep on-going communication to understand their needs and challenges and keep them informed on the Physician marketing priorities
- Sales Force Excellence team for the roll out and implementation of the physician initiatives, ensuring strong understanding and adoption within the field force.
- Clinical & Medical teams in the development of material targeted to HCPs
- Training & Education team members to drive strong synergies and to ensure the delivery of a holistic HCP marketing plan
- Marketing & Strategy structure (Patients and Payors marketing teams) to drive synergies in the initiatives

Your profile




 

- Marketing management experience, preferably in the medical device, pharma, or related fields
- Strategic and analytical skills
- Strong ability to communicate with and manage several stakeholders
- Positive approach and strong team worker, easy to work with
- Strong drive for execution, makes things happen and “win and can do” attitude
- Proven ability to effectively communicate (written or verbal)
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Demonstrated integrity and respect
- Fluent in English
