P&C Business Partner - Supply Chain Operations

Your assignment

A 3 to 6 month interim opportunity for a P&C Business Partner in our Supply Chain function.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the functional strategies and embed People, Culture and Organization strategies
- Bring data-driven insights to improve decision quality, close the gaps and to drive improvements/solutions
- Serve as a strategic contributor and catalyst to organizational and people related decision-making
- Serve as the influential voice and represent entire P&C function for the business unit. Enable adoption and execution of P&C strategies while using full range of P&C function resources, in order to maximize the impact of P&C strategies, products and services on the business outcomes
- Drive the development of the functional people and culture plans, and ensure its alignment with the P&C and Functional strategic goals
- Coach business leaders to enhance their leadership abilities and to solve business issues

Broader Responsibilities include:
- People: Ensuring a healthy and diverse pipeline of highly skilled talent aligned with our critical capabilities; and acquiring and retaining highly skilled and diverse people where internal capability gaps exist
- Leadership: Developing leaders that role model our desired behaviors; and developing highly aligned and effective leadership teams
- Motivation: Ensuring an exceptional employee experience by acting on insights from employee listening tools (pulse, ambassador network) and data; and designing robust and integrated implementation / change management plans for all change programs.
- Employability: Ensuring the application of global Restructuring and Work to Work practices for all restructuring activities; and promoting uptake of the lifelong learning program

Your profile

- 5 years as HRBP in an international
- A Bachelor or Masters Degree within a relevant field
- Experience in Supply Chain
- Has with transformation is a plus
- Able to integrate immediately and be stress resistant
