Marketing Consumer Engagement Lead

Your assignment

1. CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY & OBJECTIVES
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project team to develop and establish the Consumer engagement strategy, setting engagement objectives & KPI’s per product category and per touchpoint, defining main programs/activities/ messages to communicate through that channel.

2. YEARLY CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT PLAN
Together with project team, propose annual plan/calendar of Consumer Engagement initiatives per touchpoint (POS, Events, Special locations), per product category, for both acquisition & retention, in line with established strategy.

3. MARKET CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT TOOLBOX
Build market toolbox based on Consumer Engagement strategy/plan and based on global toolbox including - - - Activities/Mechanics for each initiative
- Communication materials for each initiative
- Hardware materials and set up
- Briefs to develop and produce needed material





4. MANAGEMENT OF INTERNAL & EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
Be the link between Marketing and Commercial Operations departments, ensure smooth communication, coordination and alignment between development and deployment of consumer engagement activities. Ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders and advertising agencies. 
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead and coordinate a project team to deliver accountabilities 1 and 2.  Monitor and regularly assess  the project progress and escalate issues to stakeholders on a timely basis to agree on a common solution.

6. REPORTING & ANALYSIS
Collect data/feedback, contribute to development of dashboard, prepare analysis, identify top issues and key opportunities for consumer engagement activations and propose improvements to best reach engagement KPI’s.

Work experience Relevant experience 5 years + (Marketing/Brand/Consumer engagement/Events)   Other skills Advanced project management skills (experience of leading complex/cross-functional projects)
Excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills
Result driven, consumer-centric, strong collaboration and communication skills
Languages: Fluent in English & at least French or German.
