Manager Consumer Engagement

Your assignment

• Ensures awareness and understanding of the global Consumer Engagement and CRM strategy across all Regions, Hubs and Markets

• Ensures adoption of the global strategy and its key components (i.e. Automated Journeys, CRM Optimization (Control Group), Content Optimization (Persado), Next-Best Action Activation) by coordinating its deployment with the Omnichannel HUBs

• Act as SPOC for the Omnichannel HUBs to provide strategic advisory in building the most impactful CRM Market Plans and provide tactical support to unlock key topics

• Ensure optimized and lean ways of working between development and deployment by coordinating the cross functional CRM SQUAD (team composed of key players in Development and Deployment)

• Monitors global CRM Performance and provides recommendations of improvement and areas of focus. Once a quarter, will compile and share the performance and areas of focus through a Quarterly Business Update.

• Spots new business opportunities, needs and gaps and passes them to design teams for new developments

Your profile

• Demonstrated experience in CRM and or in managing Consumer Engagement Programs

• Proficiency with CRM tools for campaign management, marketing automation, e-commerce, business intelligence, and management of data partnerships

• Familiarity with personalization strategies between run-time (web) and pre-composed (e-mail/SMS) capabilities
• Passion for using data to develop exceptional consumer engagement strategies, able to arrive at key insights and turn these into actions.

• Knowledge of how segmentation data structures are designed and how they interact to be able to drive the business requirements

• Self-starter, able to manage multiple projects and assignment

• Strong, credible, and confident communicator that builds trust across the organization
