In leitender Funktion der Instandhaltung suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen/e ELEKTROINSTALLATIONSEXPERTIN / ELEKTROINSTALLATIONSEXPERTE 100 %

Leiter/in Instandhaltung

Ihr Einsatz

-Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Instandhaltungsstrategie "unterbruchsfreie Fertigung"
-Personelle und fachliche Führung des Instandhaltungsteams von 8 Mitarbeitenden
-Ausbildung & Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie der Anlagenführer
-Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlageverfügbarkeit aller technischen Anlagen
-Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung der prozessorientierten, vorbeugenden Instandhaltung
-Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Ansprechpersonen
-Budget und Ergebnisverantwortung für die Abteilung Instandhaltung
-Übernahme von Aufgaben im Projektmanagement

Ihr Profil

-Macher-Typ mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
-Teamplayer mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
-Organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit
-Erfahrung in der Führung sowie im Bereich industriellen Fertigung
-Eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateurin / Elektroinstallateur, Elektromeisterin / Elektromeister, dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexpertin / Sicherheitsexperte oder ähnlich
-Bereitschaft zur 2-Schichtarbeit
-Projektmanagementkompetenz
