Koch/Köchin (EFZ) 100 % (w/m/d)

Ihr Einsatz

- Mitorganisation des Patientenmenüs und Banketts 
- Sicherstellung eines qualitativen kulinarischen Angebots
- Mithilfe bei der Speiseausgabe unter Berücksichtigung der Hygienevorschriften nach GHP und HACCP
- Mitverantwortlich für die Lehrlingsausbildung

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (EFZ)
- Berufserfahrung im à la carte Bereich und von Vorteil in einem Spitalbetrieb
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in der klassischen und modernen Küche
- Korrekter Umgang mit Frischproduktion
- Gepflegte Erscheinung
- Muttersprache Deutsch
