For our estimated client, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer, fluent in German, English and Italian, with great experience in import-export.

Industrial Customer Care Leader- DE/EN

Your assignment

* Optimize processes and organization within TID Customer Care team
* Coordinate & follow-up on TID Customer Care projects
* Organize and follow-up shipments and customer requirements in regular cooperation with the Sales team and within our factories
* Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
* Go the extra mile to engage customers
* Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
* Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
* Advise on company information
* Place or cancel orders
* Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
* Act as the company gatekeeper
* Work with customer care team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
* Support the process of product requirement forecast and planning

Your profile

* Commercial high school degree
* English, Italian and German are a must (C1 level)
* 7-10 years experience in an industrial customer care position
* 3-7 year as a manager
* Prior experience with global companies working across cultures and time zones
* Precise execution and able to independently execute and follow-up all activities
* Excellent communication skills in several languages
* Self-motivated, confident and team work oriented
* Other EU-language are considered a strong plus
* Organisation skills
* Ability to take over responsibilities
* Assertiveness
* Persistency in following-up a target/project
* Team leading ability
