Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

HR Services Specialist

Ihr Einsatz

- Sie stellen Ihre HR-Expertise für alle Geschäftsprozesse der Projektmanager zur Verfügung
- Sie unterstützen die Projektmanager bei Meetingsvorbereitungen, während den Meetings und bei Entscheidungen in HR-Themen
- Sie helfen tatkräftig mit bei der Implantation des neuen HR Programmes: Daten sammeln und abgleichen, Software testen, Fehlersuche und Dokumentationen darüber sowie Schulungsunteralgen erstellen
- Sie werden viel über die globale Gehaltsabrechnung erfahren und Sie unterstützen unser erfahrenes Team bei der Abstimmung der Gehaltsabrechnungsergebnisse

Ihr Profil

- KV Lehre und Weiterbildung als Personalfachfrau/Personalfachmann oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung als HR-Generalist
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit HR-Prozessen auf internationaler Ebene
- von Vorteil haben Sie bereits im In-/Outsourcing von HR-Shared-Service-Projekten mitgearbeitet
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
- pflichtbewusst, Interesse an umfassenden HR Themen , auch international
