Graphic Design Lead
Your assignment
Duration : one-year
Support development of global Brand Design Guidelines and other relevant design specification documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
Suport and/ or lead low complexity projects on a departemental level.
Your profile
- Support the development of Global Design Guidelines and its design variants in parrtnership with Globall Marketing and ensure seamless execution
- Demonstrate technical competence to develop accurate , legally validated design specifications for our global brands.
- Support the development of new global brand guidelines and/or other relevant design specification documents.
Manage the develoopment of Design variants based on the master file
- Ensure timely distribution with key stakeholders - internal and external - to ensure global implementation of guidelines.
- Establish, update and maintain relevant projects documentation ( plans, budget, schedules) and ensure proper filing of information in respective systems.
- Support the development of recommendations , alternatives and improvements to existing processes which are inline with departemental and company key KPI's on cost, time and agility objectives whilst ensuring we continue to create value for our brands..
- Coordinate activities /tasks of technicians or less expereienced proffessionals
- Contribute to improve our existing digital tools and lead digitalization projects in your respective area of expertise
- Federal Certificate or equivalent degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in printing/packaging and design development and strong technical competence.
- Excellent Communication skills: relationship-building and influencing aptitude
• Proficiency in English written & spoken
• Demonstrated experience in complex problem solving
• Strong collaboration and business partnering spirit
• Feeling comfortable in a high dynamic environment, working on multiple projects in parallel
• Power Point; Word; Excel; Illustrator; Photoshop; InDesign skills
