Floor Manager Assistant
* Organize and support the search of new key clients, partnerships, and sales opportunities within Europe;
* Be the first contacts and maintain high level relations with international clients, suppliers and institutions;
* Assist the CEO and staff in the organization of daily work;
* Manage internal and external correspondence, organize meetings, agenda and business trips;
* Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the administrative and operational activities of the office, including the Human
Resources administration, for the companies of the group;
* Negotiation and management of rentals, guarantees, leases, insurance for the company vehicles;
* Registration and protection of group trademarks;
* Public relations with institutions and medias, draft of texts for the local press and organization of press conferences.
* Bachelor degree in economics, marketing, tourism or related fields;
* Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, hotellerie or related sector as assitant;
* Excellent knowledge and experience in drafting and reviewing trade agreements and business plans;
* Strong experience and ability to deal with consumers through multiple points of contact to stimulate enthusiasm for the brand;
* Experience of working with young brands and start-ups is highly desirable;
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German. Italian would be optional;
* Excellent communication and management skills;
* Full mastery of MS Office and professional knowledge of social media such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
