- Creating and managing company's corporate and trade events in collaboration with other company departments;
- Developing exclusive event concepts ;
- Managing event budgets and timelines ;
- Coordinating logistical elements related to events;
- Organizing marketing material in collaboration with Communication department;
- Liaising with speakers and preparing speaking notes ;
- Post-event reporting and evaluation of the effectiveness.
- Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing or related field;
- Proven experience of 2/3 years in organizing and planning successful events ;
- Experience in luxury and/or fashion field for multibrand companies is a must;
- Proficiency in English is a must, other languages are considered a plus;
- Strong organizational skills ;
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges ;
- Meticulous attention to detail ;
- Superior interpersonal skills ;
- Expert communication skills.
