Director of Sales

Ihr Einsatz

- Salesstrategie für den nationalen und internationalen Markt umsetzen
- Jährliche Sales und Marketing-Pläne erstellen und nachverfolgen
- Unternehmensziele umsetzen und verfolgen
- Benchmarks und Marktforschung zur Erarbeitung der Preispolitik bereitstellen und erarbeiten
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Produkt und Angebotsentwicklung
- Sie sind in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Direktion
- Sie führen und fördern unterstellte Mitarbeitende
- Diverse Projekte in Absprache mit dem General Manager
- Hohes Commitment, Professionalität und hohe Werte vermitteln

Ihr Profil



- Abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule
- Berufserfahrung im Sales und Marketing einer internationalen Luxushotellerie
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Leisure + MICE
- Stilsicheres deutsch und englisch, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil
- Sie haben Führungserfahrung und sind vertrauenswürdig sowie diskret
- Sie haben Durchsetzungsvermögen und sehr gute analytische Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind belastbar
