We are currently hiring for our client in Lausanne a

Digital Platform Owner

Your assignment

Platform owner is responsible for maximizing the value of his/her assigned Digital platforms by translating business and consumers needs into digital solutions. He/she:

Your profile

- Support the business stakeholders to define the best digital solutions depending on the business strategy and programs (understand business needs, propose digital solution/concept & KPI’s, validating ideas, pro and estimate project effort)
- Define his/her digital roadmap with the business
- Capture and formalize the requirements of each digital initiatives (front-end, functional)
- Define the best User Experience and User interface designs (managing UX & Design deliverable with external agency)
- Manage of scope, timelines and budget of digital projects
- Plan the project and work with IT teams to deliver technical deployments on platforms (following agile/scrum methodology as product owner, responsible for regular project communication to stakeholders and management)
- Testing and validating deliverable: follow up on scope question during development, testing deliverable (focus on front-end), coordinating UAT with business stakeholders, validating release on production
- Monitor campaigns and projects, track performance (briefing analyst on result of project, draw conclusion and propose next steps/actions plan)
- Implement improvements and recommendations based on the monitoring and the performance tracking

Experience: at least 5 years of experience in managing digital project

Skills./Competencies/Attributes: - Good experience in User Experience design & principles
- Good Project Management Skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Good experience of Web analytics (Google Analytics)
- Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and ability to interact/Challenge with technical counterpart
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Language: Fluent English, French or German is a plus
