Digital Learning Experience Coordinator (m/f/d), 100%, Schaffhausen

Your assignment

You have the opportunity to undertake a temporary role within the Customer Experience & Edutainment Department. Engaging in this dynamic assignment, you'll hold a pivotal position at the headquarters, seamlessly navigating between projects and liaising with international platforms. Throughout this role, your direct reporting line will be to the Head of Global Training. Orchestrating the coordination of planning, information flows, and briefings for the mobile app agency.
Crafting training modules and quizzes centered around the brand, collection, and customer experience.
Carefully selecting and briefing the digital content creation agency, ensuring adherence to brand codes and the relevance of content.
Verifying the accuracy of learners' information and learning paths based on their positions, addressing any bugs that may arise.
Evaluating the quality of the overall experience and implementing improvements based on user feedback.
Ensuring that markets are effectively onboarded and meet expectations, measured against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your profile

Holder of a degree from a University or FH in a pertinent field.
Possesses 1 to 3 years of experience in digital training, preferably within the luxury/watch industry.
Demonstrates robust project management capabilities.
Committed and exceptionally motivated individual, exhibiting a profound affinity for our brand and genuine enthusiasm for our products.
Embraces a practical, hands-on approach.
Possesses excellent computer proficiency and is comfortable with diverse software solutions, notably PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluency in English, German, or French would be an advantageous addition.
