Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Assistent/in Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Einsatz

- Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung
- Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Meetings inkl. Protokollführung
- Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen, Reportings und Analysen
- Allgemeine Korrespondenz in Deutsch und teilweise in Französisch
- Mitarbeit in Projekten (vorwiegend Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement)

Ihr Profil



- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistent/in oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung 
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion notwendig
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie versierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Microsoft Teams
- Organisationsgeschick, ausgeprägte koordinative Fähigkeiten sowie ein Flair für Zahlen
- Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Flexibilität und Diskretion
