We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Project Manager to join our client in the Luxury Watch industry, for a role as a multi-disciplinary architect, interior architect, and designer. As a Retail Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction process, project schedule, cost control, and coordination for new store openings and remodels globally. Architect or Interior Designer (m/w/d) international retail projects, 100% Zurich
Your responsibilities will include creating layouts and developing the design of new stores and shop-in-shops for one of our key clients globally.
You will lead internal and external project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure overall project objectives are met.
You will also play a key role in supporting design and procurement in the technical evaluation of new suppliers and products, lead and manage price negotiations, and provide necessary information for calls for tenders.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring architectural, quality, and experiential intent are met at the highest standards.
To qualify for this position, you must have a degree in architecture or a similar field, along with 3-5 years of experience as a project manager and with experience in bidding and negotiation.
You should be highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a holistic view approach.
Having working knowledge of architecture-specific design tools such as Vectorworks / Archicad, Adobe CS, and project management software is mandatory.
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills is a must, and knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
