Für ein führendes Wirtschaftsunternehmen in Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung 

Anwaltsassistent/in 80-100 %

Ihr Einsatz

- Administration und Abrechnung von Mandaten
- Korrespondenz von Rechtsschriften in deutsch und englisch
  (schreiben, korrigieren, formatieren)
- Sie sie sind zuständig für die Terminkoordination und die Dossierführung
- Sie haben Kontakt zu Klienten, Anwälten und Behörden und leiten diese
  an die richtigen Stellen weiter

Ihr Profil

- KV Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Anwaltsassistent/in
- Sie sind dynamisch, aufmerksam und kommunikativ
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
