The fiduciary agent analyses the accounts of a company or public body to optimise its situation in terms of bookkeeping and finance. They offer advice on taxation and commerce, including VAT and tax returns and the recovery of debts. They are able to establish the intermediate accounting situation, close accounts and draw up analysis reports. During the development of a business the fiduciary agent will draw up detailed finance and investment schemes.
These agents are employed in accounts departments or independent organisations operating in all sectors, whether trusts, banking, industry or administration.
