Meeting your consultant for the first time

Are you looking for work? Here’s how to respond to an ad or send your speculative application to Manpower:

The easiest way is to create a MyManpower profile on our online platform. Add your files (CV, cover letter, diplomas etc.) and fill in your info. This will speed up the application process with Manpower. MyManpower also allows you to save your job searches, apply with just a few clicks and see an overview of your applications.

Our tip: check out our "Application" section to make sure that your CV meets the expected standard.

Which documents are required?

For an interview or if bringing your application to a branch in person

  • Curriculum Vitae

  • diplomas

  • work certificates

  • evidence of any internships

  • training certificate

  • ID card

  • work permit (must be valid)

  • list of references

Our tip: To save time, why not save this info and these files on your profile on your MyManpower account?

At the start of an assignment

  • OASI card

  • bank account details

  • driving licence (if required for your job and/or assignment).

First meeting with a Manpower consultant

During your meeting you will complete an application questionnaire to outline your expectations about your desired assignment or ideal permanent position, your qualifications, experience, language and computer skills, etc. You will also provide your personal information and salary expectations.

This questionnaire will be a basis for discussion between you and your consultant. This is a professional identity card that helps your consultant to get to know you better.

Our tip: To save time, why not add this info directly to your profile on your MyManpower account?

Afterwards, if a position meets your expectations and you match the required profile, the consultant may ask you to perform various assessment tests depending on the skills required. This step can take place at the first meeting or several days later.
