Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) 100 %
-You are responsible for organizing global planning processes throughout Europe.
-Ensure that the regional and global company policies are in line with market requirements.
-Understand and monitor market assumptions and developments with marketing units to anticipate changing demand patterns and secure supply.
-Your task is also to involve key stakeholders in the operational planning process.
-Support in the annual budgeting processes.
-Continuous comparison of the financial with the operational forecast of the drug demand, in order to be able to react quickly with appropriate countermeasures if necessary supplier evaluation, price negotiations and supplier care manage, track and optimize service levels such as delivery reliability.
-Responsible for the registration requirements in case of relocation of production sites to allow for compliant production.
-Coordinate and optimize third-party supply relationships in collaboration with third-party regional and global management.
-Lead projects to improve supply chain processes throughout the supply chain organization. Identify
opportunities and ensure results are translated using KPI reporting and error management
-Master?s degree in engineering or Business Administration
-At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
-Excellent written & oral communication skills in German & English
-IT Skills (MS Office, SAP)
-Ability to lead through example
