We are looking for a manufacturer of writing instruments as a Boutique Manager in Basel.

Ihr Einsatz

- We are looking for someone who is ready to:

- Enhance the performance of the Boutique in luxury by achievement of sales, operations, profit and strategic objectives

- Lead the Boutique team (2 people) with hands-on management and coaching identify business

- Establish a Client-centric mindset in store and ensure the highest level of customer experience

- Build sustainable client relationships

- Act as an ambassador in the local city market

- Be aligned with compliance , finance , health & safety policies.

- Passionate, dynamic, flexible and reliable
- Open for a new challenge and a team responsibility
- Happy in the luxury environment with understanding of luxury clients
- Client and service orientation
- Willing to develop your network and build relationships with your clients

- Strong interpersonal and sales skills

- You are sensitive to craftsmanship and high-end products

- Fluent in (Swiss) German, English and another language would be an asset
