Temporary assignments – a quick and efficient solution

Our consultants are trained to handle urgent personnel requests and will provide temporary employees to you as quickly as possible. The candidates are selected based on the description of the assignment, using our exclusive evaluation tools. They are operationally ready in a very short time allowing you to easily deal with increased workloads or replace sick or absent employees. Our temporary workers also participate in our training programs.

"Try & hire" – test your employees before hiring them

If a temporary employee has convinced you over the course of three months, you have the opportunity to hire that person permanently, in full confidence and at no additional charge.

Payroll – let us administer your temporary workers

If you choose, Manpower can manage the administration and compensation of the temporary workers who are working with you. We take care of compensation, social assistance premiums and other administrative procedures, thereby freeing you from the administration associated with your temporary staff.

Outsourcing – enjoy our services on site

Depending on your needs, a Manpower advisor can work at your company and provide onsite personnel management and/or general management in the context of a specific project, service or department. This proximity improves communication between your HR department and our consultants. In addition, it facilitates the integration of our temporary employees.

In an endeavor to offer its candidates and temporary employees the same training opportunities as a traditional employer, Manpower has created an Internet e-learning platform, Manpower Direct Training, including a range of over 1,700 courses. Our temporary employees can enhance their knowledge in a number of areas such as conventional office software, SAP management processes, sales, project management or communication, etc.
