Applying by mail or by e-mail?
Nowadays sending an application by e-mail or completing an online form are increasingly common. This approach involves procedures that differ from traditional mailing.
If you are applying in French-speaking Switzerland, the minimum application (CV + cover letter) is more than enough for most companies.
In German-speaking Switzerland, the requirements are different: it is preferable to send a complete file at the outset.
A complete application = CV + cover letter + copies of school, university and language diplomas/certificates and work certificates/recommendations.
